According to the performance and function of our products, our engineers can provide the most economical and efficient design suggestions. Quality warranty terms:

Our quality guaranty time is two years for total free charge service, and life-long repair service for our HFC and cable transmission products. The following is our quality guaranty terms

Replacements:   Within three months after shipment, we offer free replacement service for complete model or accessories if it is unqualified based on your quality requirements we agreed and our standard quality level or specifications. Our company will take all the freight costs involved with both parties.

Repair terms:      Within two year after shipment, we offer free repair service including whole machine free repair and provide free accessories for customers. We will take all the freight cost for sending them to customers.

                           After two-year guaranty time, we still provide free repair service and provide free replacement accessories for optic transmission products, but we will charge the freight involved.
